It's challenging to be a Christian in today's world. Pressures from jobs, finances, relationships, health, and just everyday busyness can take a toll on our spiritual well-being. At First Reformed Church of Tampa our goal is to involve every adult in at least one activity or ministry. It's how we love each other, live life together, and grow alongside each other. Adult Sunday School is offered at 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Topics vary but always include biblical lessons and lively discussion.

Ministering together is a great way to connect as adults.
Prayer Meetings are held twice a month, and we also have a dedicated group of prayer warriors.
Our Choir and Praise Band provide those blessed with musical talents an opportunity to join together and give glory to the Lord through music.
